Returns Policy

Our commitment

Memorabilia Match Worn stands behind the authenticity and accuracy of every item we list. We describe each shirt with detailed documentation, photography, and condition notes so collectors can purchase with confidence.

Return window

If you receive an item that materially differs from its listing description, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Contact us with your order reference and a description of the issue, including photographs where relevant.

Eligible returns

  • Item received does not match the documented description on the product page
  • Significant undisclosed damage not noted in condition reporting
  • Wrong item shipped

Non-returnable items

Due to the nature of authenticated memorabilia, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or buyer's remorse. Each item is unique, and listings include comprehensive documentation to support informed purchase decisions.

Return process

To initiate a return, contact us via the contact form with your order reference. Approved returns must be shipped back in the same condition received, using tracked delivery. Return shipping costs for eligible claims are covered by Memorabilia Match Worn.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds include the full purchase price; free shipping applies to replacement orders where applicable.

Authentication disputes
