Thanks to these relationships, we obtain match-worn and signed jerseys straight from the source. Team kit managers and players themselves provide us with the items after each game, ensuring authenticity from the very first step.
Once the memorabilia arrives at MMW, our team carefully verifies and certifies every piece. Auctions typically open right at the start of each match, allowing fans to bid in real time as the action unfolds. Initially, each item is displayed with a digital mock-up; once the game ends, we replace these with detailed, high-quality photos that clearly show signatures, markings, and any unique features from the match.
When the auction closes, the highest bidder wins the item, and we handle secure delivery straight to your doorstep.
How do you authenticate the shirts?
When the jerseys reach us, the MMW team carries out a thorough authenticity review. We examine every detail (such as signatures, markings, and wear-cross-checking them) against verified match footage and official data to ensure each item truly corresponds to the game and player stated.
After passing this process, each football or basketball jersey is issued a digital Certificate of Authenticity, powered by Authentiquea's technology, which records verified information about the athlete, the match, and the item’s unique characteristics.
